Is there a demo site where we can try out Core iQ?
We currently do not have a demo site where you can try out the software. You can, however, schedule a demo call with us. We'll gladly give you a tour of the system and answer any questions you may have.
Can we pull in data from other vendors besides our core?
Yes, we can add data feeds from third party vendors.
Does Onovative design our collateral and communications used in Core iQ for us?
While we are not a creative design agency, we do provide templates both on our website and within Core iQ that you may use and customize. The best part is, those templates are free! When it comes to collateral and communications you want to add to Core iQ, we can work with you during the implementation process to replicate your existing collateral's look and feel.
If we make changes to our current onboarding program, can we edit, remove, or create new communications while it's in progress?
Yes, you may update your templates at any time. We're happy to help you if you need any assistance.
Can we upload a current communication opt-out list into Core iQ?
Yes, we take all of your customer or member exclusion lists across phone calls, print mail, email, and text messages. We then import them into Core iQ (this is usually done before you go live with the system).
If a customer or member opts-out of a communication, like an email, that was sent by us through Core iQ, will the system know that and record it?
Yes, Core iQ will automatically record the type of communication as well as the category of the communication. The system will not send a recipient a communication if they have opted out of that particular communication.
Can we add emails from prospects, or non-customers/non-members, to Core iQ?
Yes, you have the ability to add prospects into Core iQ. You may also add or modify a customer or member's email address as well as alter their communication preference.
Are your email templates CAN-SPAM compliant?
Yes, our email templates are CAN-SPAM compliant. During the implementation process, we work with your team to perform the following functions to set up your email account and ensure maximum email deliverability:
- Domain Whitelabel
- IP Whitelabel
- DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Setup
- Sender Policy Framework (SPF) Setup
- Sender-ID Setup
- Domain Keys Setup
When we send an email through the system, does it show it's coming from our financial institution?
Emails will always show that they're coming from your financial institution. You also have the option to select a responsible employee's email address, a specific email address, or a central admin.'s email address for a particular email template.
Can we download an unsubscribed email list from Core iQ and export them?
You may generate a list of contact preference changes by email, print mail, and phone at any time. An export feature is coming soon.
